Vintage Finds - Cream

There hasn't been much hunting lately, but I did manage to pop into this old style oppie the other day with 10 minutes to spare before the girls went to dance class and 10 minutes before they closed. In my mad dash search, I spotted this old set of scales without a price. Not sure if I would be able to buy it as I only had $10.00 left in my wallet. When I asked the price I was told it would be $2.00. YAY!!!

Then just before leaving I found these three cream lace cushions at $2.00 each.

So I left happy with my new cream goodies and still had $2.00 left.

Lovely - almost enough money left over for a coffee - if it was Summer you could at least get an Icy-Pole! The cushions look very pretty in-situ!

Alsion, those cushion covers are lovely (and they dye REALLY well too). I have the same scales as you, I haven't worked out how to calibrate them though?
I spy a very spunky mantelpiece in your pics, any chance you'll play along with 'Mantelpiece Monday'?

The scale is really cool...and the lace pillows are pretty too. Not a bad haul for 10 minutes & under $10!
