A Nipper Christmas
Last night at our surf life saving club, the nippers had their Christmas party. The clubs colours just happen to be Christmas looking.
Each child had a ride in the dinghies, splashing through the waves with squeals of fear and delight. Surf Santa arrived with bags of lollies for all the kids and they were also given long sleeve T's with the clubs logo, followed by plates of party food.
What an amazing effort all these people do in volunteering there time every week to train children and adults the fundamentals of water safety, through games and competitions.
With the summer ahead and people frolicking to the beach, stay safe and swim between the flags.
