Weekend Treat

It's cold wet and miserable outside. What to do to cheer us up? Cook a sunny cake that is bright and cheerful, make a cup of tea, snuggle up on the couch and make you man sit through "A Room With A View".

I had just finished the book and was keen to see the film again. He surprised himself as he actually enjoyed it. I always get goosebumps when I watch the scene in the hills above Florence when George approaches Miss Honeychurch in a field for a good old snog. I was also impressed that the film closely followed the dialog in the book.
