Granny Rug Remake


The girls have certainly grown out of this small pram blanket, but I've always loved it's cheery colours and have kept it till I could come up with a solution.

I was going to make more squares to make it bigger, but I've decided I will unpick some of it and making it into cushions with granny's on one side and fabric on the other.



While I was trying to take some photo's of it Miss Pixie hopped up and took a bit of a fancy to it.
Can you guess what she might find under the Christmas tree this year?

Got link here from made-it blog, chuckled at your garage sale experience, then scrolled down and saw this adorable cheeky face on (surprise surprise) a new blanket! Pixie looks so cute! I adore cats and live in Melbourne and enjoy crafting/op shopping....its a great life!!
