Mousse Heaven

I decided I'd have a go at making this Nigella Lawson recipe for "Chocolate Mousse". My hubby made a groan of pleasure, not sure if it was the thought of a decadent mousse or the image of Nigella, lets just say he's more than happy to watch her cooking show with me, hmmm.





Marshmellow, butter, chocolate, melted, then you add double cream. This is not for the faint hearted.
